Light Years sets the foundation for 3 - 5 year olds to enjoy a lifetime love for learning

Preschool is an exciting time for children as they begin their learning adventures. We provide opportunities for developing a strong foundation for childrenʼs future success. Classrooms are set up with a variety of learning areas to ensure development across all learning domains. Children are encouraged to be independent and develop self-care skills. Light Years Child Development Center provides meaningful learning experiences by relating to real life situations.

HEAR IT FROM OUR PARENTS

My son has attended LYCDC since he was 6 weeks old. He is now 3 years old. My overall experience with Light Years has been great. Mrs. Woodbury has treated me and my children like family for over the pass 6 years. I have 2 other children that attended the center as well. I'm expecting another baby that will be a part of the Light Years Family. I moved from Chesapeake to Virginia Beach and traveled all the way from Lynnhaven so my children could continue with their Light Years Family. I highly recommend Light Years Child Development Center.

I've watched my daughter thrive at both centers and I can only attribute it to the warm and organized environment that Ms, Babbette and Ms, Brittany create in each center.
